    Your StarYa account can be connected to an assistant that supports app connections. You sign in to StarYa and approve the connection yourself.

    What the assistant can do

    • Read your saved ThriveMind plan, check-ins and saved reviews, plus your profile, today's insight and membership status.

    • Suggest goal, action, check-in and review changes. Each one is shown to you as a preview and is only saved after you confirm it. Goal edits keep fields you leave unchanged. Clearing a field is shown explicitly in the preview; if the saved goal or action changes before confirmation, request a fresh preview.

    • Paid StarYa-written reviews are currently unavailable through connected assistants. Saved reviews and confirmed record edits remain available; native Guide pricing is unchanged.

    • Your journal stays private unless you turn on the separate setting for connected assistants in ThriveMind.

    Stopping access

    Turn off journal sharing in ThriveMind at any time. To end the connection entirely, remove StarYa from your assistant's connected apps.
